We will provide repair service for T’aime computer eyewear cover our warranty period, and give you the full return within 31 days of the ship date. A repair charge will be assessed depending upon the style of your returned product. We will notify you of any charges and request payment in advance prior to any repair.
Before you mail your eyewear to us for repair or refund, please email a request to email@example.com. And you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If service is required, please pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product.
T’aime is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please send the computer eyewear with proof of date purchased, postage paid, and make sure to include:
1. Your complete name, current return address, telephone number and email address.
2. A brief description of the problem.
3. A copy of your dated receipt.
4. A non–refundable processing fee of $12
